0013: Parting Away With Friends (Part 1)

Hill persuaded Alice: "Then go and persuade him. He lives too close to the human race. It will be a matter of time before he is driven away. And Alice, if any of your friends are nearby, persuade them to move out soon."

"Does it have anything to do with your trip last time?"

"It has something to do with it. A big event will happen in The Salar Kingdom, and maybe there will be a war with the other kingdom" Hill got up and wore his robe, "A new god has appeared. So there may be a war of gods. Even more so for humans."

Alice scolded, meowing.

Hill looked at her, and it turned out that the spirit of nature could also curse people. Sure enough, human knowledge about them was still too little. So human beings imagined the tale about their innocence, naivety, and cuteness.

However, when the spirit of nature swore, it had to switch back to its language, which made Hill find it very interesting.

Alice scolded for a while, then turned to Hill and said, "Can I invite some friends to live in Hill's territory temporarily?"

"As long as they don't hurt anyone, you can. But you have to make a promise to nature; not mine. To not hurt people in this territory."

"Will Hill not invite other humans to live in?"

"I will build a small village, and they will reside there. My only relatives are Frank and Adrian. As for the rest of the people, no one but Bonn has the power to hurt your friends."

"Okay. Bonn is fine too." Alice said, "I'll tell them. It's disgusting to move around for most creature."

She jumped to the window, turned to Hill, and said, "I'll talk to Merkel, he'll think about it. If he doesn't sign a contract with Frank, can he move here too?"

"Just swear to nature."

"Hill is the best, meow~."

Hill yelled: "Go to Liszt to get some food and tell Merkel the only good thing about human beings is that they cook and eat a lot!"

Alice ran away with a meow.

When Hill walked to the small living room, Frank and Adrian were already sitting down and waiting for him to have breakfast together.

Bonn stood at the door, waiting, looking ready to serve.

Hill glanced at Bonn, then asked Frank: "Where are the subordinates of grandfather? How long will it take them to come?"

Frank said slowly, "Most of them are dispersed. Back then, I entered the capital by myself. The court sends all the servants. Since I left, they went back to the court. The wind changed, the people dispersed, the rest of my subordinates were in the wilderness, and there was no place for them to trade. There are still a dozen or so people. So, I'll let them go slowly."

Hill could only bite the bullet and ask: "Where's the apprentice?"

Frank raised his eyelids: "What do you mean? All my apprentices are signed under the Magic Tower contract; don't you know this?"

"I'm a warlock." But Hill said quietly, "Although Bonn has learned the basics from me well, I can't teach him how to become a wizard."

Frank asked, "Do you want him to follow me?"
